Guidelines to fill the Form - Single Window Clearance System

If you are not registered on Single Window Clearance System for all Telecom infrastructure deployments, then click on Register button given on upper right side corner.
Fill the details like Name of Agency, License No., Authorized Person, Contact Details and other related information along with uploading the License scan copy.
Password must contain at least 1 Numeric, 1 Upper Case and 1 Special Character. Minimum Length of Password should be 8 Character. Special Characters are !@#$%^&*+=?
After filling all the details correctly click on Register button.
Separate OTP will be sent to the mobile number & email id entered by you. Fill those OTP in the respective field and click on Submit button.
Click on Resend OTP button if you haven’t received an OTP.
Click on Reset button if you wish to re-fill all the details, before registering.

Fill the Registered Email ID, Password and select the Login Role as User Applicant along with completing the Captcha in the respective fields correctly.
After filling all the details click on Login button.
Click on Reset button if you wish to reset all the fields.
If you have forgotten your password then click on Forgot Password button.
Click on Register button if you are not registered and do the necessary procedures.

Enter your Registered Email ID and click on the Generate OTP button.
An OTP will be sent to you both in your Registered Email ID and Mobile No.
Once you receive the OTP, enter it and click on the Confirm OTP button.
On the next page enter your desired password in the New Password and Confirm Password field and click on the Reset Password button.
Now the password of your account has been set to the new password to login.
